SARKI ALIMOSHO OVERALL RECEIVES PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED TRICYCLISTS ON COURTESY VISIT

Following a recent call at the palatial palace of the chairman of the chieftaincy council of Arewa community and Sarki overall of Alimosho local government, HRH Alhaji Ahmed Haruna Kuraja, where they registered their readiness to work with the Lagos State government in ensuring environmental sanity and increased inclusivity, a body of physically challenged commercial tricyclists under the umbrella of physically challenged empowerment initiative on Monday October 16th 2023, visited the palace of Sarki overall  to reiterate their call on the governor Babajide Sanwoolu led Lagos State government to capture them in the numerous schemes set up by the government to better the lives of PLWDs in rhe State.

The visitors numbering over forty, who were all PLWDs, rode their individual tricycles to the palace under the leadership of Mallam Lawal, the Alimosho local government chairman of the statewide group.


Speaking, Mallam Lawal, expressed the body's immense appreciation over the immeasurable

sacrifices of the Alimosho palace in driving the general good of the Arewa community in Alimosho and by extension Lagos State; he added that, their visit, the second in less than a fortnight is premised upon the need to improve their lot through the establishment of an effective partnership with Lagos State government through the assistance of the Alimosho palace as their custodian and a facilitator.

Receiving the visitors on behalf of the palace, secretary general of the chieftaincy council of Arewa community Alimosho local government, Ibrahim A. Jagaba extended the royal father's warm compliments and assured the visitors of unwavering support in all the good causes that concerns them.


Giving his remark, the chief host and Sarki overall of Alimosho enjoined the visitors to align themselves with all the laudable policies of the government as spelt out in the T.H.E.M.E.S+ roadmap, including registration with Lassra and Lasoda, amongst other.

The royal symbol concluded with prayers for the overall success of governor Sanwoolu in Lagos and president Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the federal level; he further called on Nigerians to support governments at all levels with prayers and lawful conducts at all times.
