YEAR END PALLIATIVE: AREWA COMMUNITY GREETS ALIMOSHO COUNCIL BOSS OVER CASH LARGESSE

By Ibrahim Tulu

The Arewa Community Alimosho Local Government have expressed appreciation just as they commended the executive chairman of Alimosho local government, honorable Jelili Sulaiman for always including the community in the scheme of things in the local government.

Speaking on behalf of the community, Ibrahim A. Jagaba, their chairman, thanked the council boss for the cash provision made for the Arewa community as a buffer to cushion existential challenges all the way to the end of December 2023; the cash has since been judiciously allocated to members of the community across demography and gender respectively; our members are so happy and relieved after receiving the cash buffer from the chairman, Jagaba has said.

Continuing, he noted that, honorable Jelili, has continued to demonstrate unrivalled empathy with Alimosho residents since the inception of the current administration and has never in anyway denied anyone on the basis of tribe or region; he added that, the Arewa community, the Ndigbo and South-South blocs have regularly featured in the chairman's local government schedules and plans especially as citizens battle with the current economic lull across the country.

The Arewa community chairman ended his message with a call on his constituents and Alimosho residents as a whole to continue to support the Jelili led local government administration in its efforts to grow and develop Alimosho for all.
